1. They actually caterpillar. I will dump the wheel rather as I am cleaning out garage @ moment
2. think so also but shimano rims are just @ expensive to buy.
3. Do you guys know who could safely repair this rim if @ all?
4. hi anyone know if one could past from kalkbay side to lakeside today?
5. I think the shimano RS10 wheels are not built to be 11 speed so they not gonna work. You can put a 11speed campy cassette on a 10 speed campy freebody without re-dishing the wheel which is an option for a wheel which has a shimano freebody for which you can get campy freebody. There is also cross-compatability between sram/campy/shimano cassettes on the back wheel irrespective of which of the 3 groupsets shifters, RD etc you are using.( check Lennard Zinn on velonews) Mavic 10 speed wheels easily take a 11speed cassette since they always had an extra spacer on the freebody. i just did this. You could for example just take a 10speed shimano set of mavics and pop a 11 speed sram or shimano cassette on it and run it with you campy.
6. I am 175 and have a 52S C59 with a 100mm ritchey stem. And it works fine and I am not overstretched @all.It is a totally awsum bike The 50s could theoretically also have worked with a much longer stem. I would also think it would be easier to sell a 52s than a 50s secondhand as it would easily fit a greater number of people.
7. I believe the knock off`s are already on our roads. Keep an eye out for M10`s with Fast forward wheels going round the peninsula.
8. Sorry Cippo to schange topic slightly but have you seen Orca 2015?
9. This really good advice. if you still sick then just don`t ride I would say that Corenza c, coryx and med lemon is not a good idea as they can further induce bronchospasm rather use non-aspirin flu preps.
10. A Tiagra chain will also work cheaper @R299 http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/shimano-tiagra-cn4600-10sp-chain I would just put a dura ace chain on. I am sure even a 9000 chain should work
11. It will be worth the effort to drive to Westlake branch to have your bike serviced by Shafiek ( shock and wheelbuilder extraordinaire) who will be based there now.
12.

Of course! I stood on Turfhall Road for one to pass and acquired it for free!!! I got it from Complete Cyclist in jhb as you okes said on this thread
13. Howzit dale? I have been riding mostly with my son. The Quarq was "sold" then buyer got cold feet when he had to hand over bucks and I got tired of all the stupid offers.
14. Looks like I am gonna burn in hell. Gonna still go for setup thus have not finalized stem and fork height yet.
15. Then its gonna have to be DA 7900. Campy record is so expensive and its not easy to get your hands on. will post pics when done
