Finally got back on the bike after a few weeks. The walk/session up and down the hill multiple times was definitely worth it, after the first bomb down the hill the fatigue and minor babelaas disappeared The Commencal Meta HT does not stop impressing me. Also the full face does inspire more skill than i have but does allow the limits to be pushed here and there.

Is yours a 2018 Meta? The 2018 seem to have a lower seat tube. I've got a 2019 and my one gripe with the frame is the seat tube height. Ive got a 120mm dropper on it and its just suits me. I contemplated chopping some of the seat tube off but i decided against it.

Hows the seat tube on your meta so low?

They are 2.6'' Veetireco flow snaps. Came with the bike, all the grip in the world but they aren't tubeless ready (because of the skinwall) loving them though.

Here she is after the first ride and baby downhill. The bike feels amazing with its wide tyres and awesome fork.

The box (+ bike) is in cpt still. It is an AM essential. Complete overkill but why not.

So after months of flip flopping between buying a slade trial or building a dartmoor back to buying a slade. I did the logical thing and bought a Commencal. Now I'm waiting like a kid on Christmas
