  1. I'm carrying my Discovery spy kit
  2. I'm pretty sure that is not applicable to people who are reasonably well trained. More aimed at overweight, unfit Muricans who are litigious
  3. iPhone 6 / Procamera Sunrise this morning at Scottburgh beach
  4. Around sunset at Harties on Monday
  5. The above shows examples of how to reach weekly targets. It is not an exhaustive list of activities that will gain you Vitality points
  6. The watch does jot have a GPS. Was it paired to an iPhone+app to record location/speed?
  7. I have such a friend. Said friend became disillusioned with Multiply after said friend's coach started sporting Apple watch and drank free smoothies after group training sessions. Said friend is moving over on 1 April (Of all days!), risking waiting periods, re-joining fees at the gym etc, just NOT to suffer from FOMO! PS: I hope the above was gender and sport neutral enough to protect the ignorant!
  8. As stated on your subsequent screenshot, they still allow time to upload additional workouts for the day which could give you a higher points tally for any of the days during that week. It should become final on Tuesday evening / Wednesday morning when they allocate rewards
  9. Cape of Good Hope Beach iPhone 6 / ProCamera
  10. I drove through the Cradle Saturday mid-morning (no lab riders at all!). The place was a complete shambles. It looked like there was a massive infestation of cyclists. I can understand why other road users get upset with cyclist after having experienced the last panic training session before the world fun ride champs
  11. you know Jaco who moved there earlier? He is flying big things
  12. KarlvN from the fairest Cape, weighing in for a fight 1500m above his level... Please note that asthma pumps are not allowed before or during handbag fights up in the rarefied airs of the Highveld. Seriously? This is not even a half decent storm in a tea cup
  13. Do whatever you want, but do it on your phone and DIY!
  14. The night watchman seemed enjoyable enough
  15. 2 x free smoothies a week. ideal for cheap dates Not sure how long Vitality will carry on sponsoring free drinks, but definitely going to make hay while the sun shines!
  16. "Love (2015)" was auto-downloaded by CouchPotato... *Pinky Promise* Had to move it out of the movie folder... the entwined start might (might!?) not be suitable for the young teenager in the house
  17. Cotic Soul 26" SS
  18. 200.. So they are very conservative when increasing. Sounds good to me, and even better for most members
  19. Waiting to see what my target will be tomorrow... First week: Target 100, reached 100 Second week: Target 100, reached 2400 Third week: Target 150, reached 6850
  20. Look at my points above. Non-smoker goes into a separate category Assessments: Online Online fitness: 1000 Vitality Age: 2000 Mental Stuff: 2500 Fitness Fitness Assessment: 7500 (max) - 2500 just for the test The next 4 at the nurse (including the 2500 bonus points for each): Weight: 3000 Cholesterol: 3000 Glucose: 3000 Blood Pressure: 3000 so Online Stuff + Fitness Assessment (bio) + health assessment (nurse) = 5,500 + 7,500 + 12,000 (This includes 10,000 bonus points) = 25,000 per adult member This excludes the dietician visit!
  21. Below a picture of how I reached gold in just over a week. I had some minor assistance from my child - park run, and I sat him through the childrens online assessment. I have not been to see the dietician or optician, nor did I have to undergo any nasty medical procedures for points. It helps that I am reasonably healthy and fit (according to them) as I hit all the bonus points in the assessments so far.
  22. 6000 vitality points in the bag this weekend. Two 100km rides Which means I've struck gold on day 10
