  3. Hi Myles received this reply last night .... Thank you for your email regarding Vitality fitness. We are still using S-Health for fitness points. As long as you have linked the app to your Vitality profile we will receive the information directly. You can also purchase Samsung gear for your heart rate reading to link to your Vitality profile. To qualify for Vitality points, on a workout your average heart rate needs to begin at 132 bpm or higher. To view the heart rate chart, please follow the steps below: Go to Discovery website: www.discovery.co.za – you do not need to log in – go to Vitality navigation menu Click on Vitality Support On the right hand of the screen – click on this image You will be taken to the new Heart Table – we are aware that this table displays very tiny. The teams are working on creating a new option for a better display, when this is available you will be notified. If you have any more queries, please visit our online Vitality support page: www.discovery.co.za > Vitality > Vitality Support for a range of troubleshooting options.

  7. Hi Can the experts on the Vitality points allocation tell me why points have not been allocated for the screenshots. Points were allocated for gym visits in both cases. Is it perhaps that in the one the avg heart rate is to low & in the other too high ? Member is 55 yrs old for heart rate calc. Screen shots from S Health

  15. Only 35 years.. ! Got my first bike - Achilles (rod brakes) - from the dad in 1973 & a Peugeot Le Mans about 10 years later..... And I'm still going back regularly. On the Bridge issue, prices are good especially when they have sales but I can't handle the cluttered shop. You can't even browse with out being asked to give way for someone every few minutes.
  16. I have also been dealing with them from Steve to Dennis and always received exceptional service with excellent pr quality products. I will continue to purchase from them and recommend them to anyone
  17. The Gear Change in Woodstock had some bibs at reduced prices. Sizes are a problem with them tho. Last I saw they had Craft, MCipollini & Giordana on the rail.
  18. I think the SARS implication is for the individual. It gets treated as extra income and gets added to you salary and then taxed. The same applies to having a company petrol card, the fuel bill gets added to your salary and then taxed as income.
