Can't the arms bend on your Rudy's?They are made in such a way that you can bend them for a better fit.Same applies to the nose piece.

You will find that there is a few manufacturers with sizing that differs from others. Make sure what size you need or want to ride. Some have a long toptube and others a short toptube but both will be Medium size frames.

And finally They stay open and keep on taking crap but never run to this forum to complain about a customer. They try and solve the problem to keep the customer happy. Maybe just maybe the customer can do the same.
