What about the rear tyre clearance around the FDR?

Now that you have done the conversion, what pressure are you going to run your tyres at? Will they stay sealed at a much lower pressure?

Looking for an entry for the marathon if anybody wants to off load one.

If you use this system, MAKE sure the car is clean where the rack rests on the car otherwise lots of scratches!

Why? The base plate shouldn't have any influence on the rack as long as it fits on the ball of the tow bar.

I did the 60km which I enjoyed. My kids did the 10km ride which was also shortened by the four odd km and at R70 entrance fee for the 10km it turns out to be a bit of a rip-off. Over R11 per km.

Not as flat as you might think but a great ride and ALWAYS well organised.

I agree. Think The Epic might have been a bit over the top for their first multi-day stage race.
