I often ride the Spruit below PnP, across Witkoppen and into Paulshof and back, sometimes finishing after 7pm and haven't had any problems yet. I am aware of where the locals are, do greet them but never say never!

Sad to hear considering all the negative press about cycling at the moment.

Suggest you fit road tyres as it will make the ride much smoother and easier. It's a mass ride so enjoy. There are 10 water points with anything from 6 to 15 odd km apart. The website will tell you where they are placed.

Do I or don't I? USN this weekend, maybe this one on the 3rd, the the 94.7 MTB on the 11th followed by the 94.7 road on the 18th. Four races in a row!

The USN Cup this weekend is quite a relaxing ride. Fast and flowing single track!
