  1. Big Til, I like your style Here is a little video to show you a bit of meerendal
  2. well for a little majik forest ride, you wont take longer than an hour. so you dont need lots of food on you. you can eat before and after. just have some water or engergy drink. majik is still my suggestion. meerendal has more singletrack. njoy
  3. Hey Marlon. The easiest by far would be majik forest or meerendal. Majik is only 2 small climbs and then awesome singletrack. Meerendal is more contour type of paths with lots of singletrack, but if you have a hard tail, i dont think do that as your first ride. I will be going to majik and through some of the trails tomorrow. ill show you around if you keen?
  4. here is another lil majic forest video. pls note that it was our first time riding there and none of the back wheel dragging was on purpose. we all know better than that now. its just to show of the trails
  5. is there a big difference between lets say a momsen 29er and a bulls 29er and a scott 29er? not components, just riding in general?
  6. love the BULLS 29er
  7. does the time trail thing not depend on your skill level for one, two the type of terrain and maybe your experience of rider? If you are a pro then a 29 might make a smaller difference in your time over a lap from the 26'. i felt alot faster on the 29 over the same course that ive ridden plenty with my 26'. My experience
  8. i rode the new Bulls 29 er on wednesday in tokai with Karl Platt. he is riding one in the Absa Cape Epic next year. You can look at what the pros say and what they ride, but until you ride it yourself you will never know. All i know is that i was smiling the whole time i rode the 29er. it was and amazing bike to ride. Easy to climb. went brilliant over the rocks and roots. easy to go through the tighter sections. I am def getting one as soon as i can afford it. Whatch out for Bulls bikes www.bullsbikes.co.za

  12. hey guys. you know that there is the adventure race that happens at the same time as the sani 2 c? it happens a day before on any given stage.this means that it is technically a dry run for them to make sure all the courses are still the way it should be and that it is in good shape for the sani coming the next day. this year jonty and his brother did it. Might be an option if you really want to do the same course as sani 2 c. have a look at the option...
