Hi there changed my Giant T C R c to flat bar . its great comfy and is set up very close to my M T B measurement. 10 spd shifters were a prob to find so brought in a pr from CRC. Did the Amashova on the T C R and was great

hi try the MICHELIN RUN R or XC ROAD 26x1.4 at 6 bar . an amazing tyre . light in weight , fast rolling , quiet and comfortable

hi .. nitrogen is used in aircraft tyres and car tyres coz it does not expand as much when temp goes up , thus keeping tyre pressure at the same pressure as the tyres heat up . aircraft use it due to altittude change as the pressure does not increase and burst the tyre at high alt . A bonus to using nitrogen is that its molocules are larger than air s so does not deflate as quick as air does in the normal porousity of tyres / tubes .so tyres stay up for longer between rides

shimano do make a front crank with 48 big ring .it does make a great difference on the road . Try looking around for a small ring that would suit your area sizes avail 22 th 24 th 26 th & 28 th The combo i run on is 24/36/48 and is great for hills while running a 11/32 rear .Also try find a set of narrow slicks 26 x 1.25 is ideal
