  1. so you all feel sorry for the dude . he claims his bike was muddy...i have my doubts seriously.. but lets pretend that it was muddy and dirty.. well I also have muddy bikes after rides but the bottom line is there is a place to put dirty bikes other than behind your momma's car.... what you think she has eyes in teh back of her head..come on how many times has she asked you that... I take it all the people taking your side do not have kids of their own and are therefore dissing momma..
  2. i will come up for momma. how many times did she tell you to tidy your room and to pack away your stuff..and did you listen...no of course not.. because if you did you would not have left your bike outside and probably behind her little sunday runabout. Sorry boet what we have here is cause and consequence.. now go say sorry to momma for being a bad boy and put your toys in their right place
  3. do you have a favourite child among them..or do you treat them all the same
  4. sorry did not pick up that you were referring to the Bluff, silly me.. on second thought then they were actually stalking you
  5. not sure of that i think women are actually a different species not gender
  6. Maybe they thought you looked forlorn when you looked at them and you awakened their inner most mother feelings, hence it was just a show of sympathy and nothing more

  8. my son did the 101 on saturday and the 56 on sunday and really enjoyed it. He was more than happy with the waterpoints but then we normally check that he has enough on him to keep him through a race as I always maintain that what I get on the road is a bonus. What he did say was that on the 101km there was a waterpoint and there was a bath with ice in which the riders used to fill their bottels is and some dude took his helmet off and washed his head and helmet in the bath while others were filling their bottels.. i think that is fresh . I ran the 25km road race on saturday and can confirm that the water ran out on our route.. and may i say that its a greta site to be running and then having these hundreds of biclycles come rushing by..i just had to stop and watch costing me valuable time on the run
  9. eish wena.... well it beats buying her roses. In fact for mothersday i bought her a set of wheels for her road bike..
  10. hee hee. let me just say i had to buy a lady specific as the missus is very short. I did not have to adjust the shocks as she weighs in proportionally on the bike. As for a photo...let me think about that...nah bad idea..
  11. I do not have the best either but got this for the wife http://www.meridabikes.com.au/en_ZA/public/tmp/a1c9ebda3e6403b827e1fb771520b26f.jpg
  12. Try twice a week depending on the route between 15 and 20 km one way. Have shower facilities at work and a wall mounted bike stand in my office. I enjoy riding up the hill at wonderboom and then waiting for the sun to rise before riding further..
  13. ek weet nie jong samma is nie die mooiste ou nie so hy neem baie van die fiets se mooi weg as hy op die ding sit
  14. Samma.. nice wheels boet.. came out purrrrfect. Now all that is left is for you to ride it like you stole it
  15. Samma went and fetched my Bike yesterday, man she looks good could not resist but to pimp it a bit more, (but you will see when you get back) of course there were no friends around to check it out when I took it out so the elation was a bit flat. Saw your bike and bits there, looks good, but I am concerned that your handlebars might be a bit narrow for you..but will leave that for you to check out when you get back, maybe we can do some business otherwise I reckon its going to be a mean machine. My excitement would be more if I knew that you would be back for long enough to get the full use of the bike before returning
  16. Do they not have a weight restriction That was low A fa©t is a fa©t master... go pack your bags and come home your wife and children miss you

  18. Man i wish we had Velodrome up here, after spending the easter weekend around your guys track I think we got spoilt . Wanted to go to pilditch tonight but geuss what... we just had a freak rainstorm which menas the track will be wet and slippery. Kids will be miffed
  19. Got stopped on the N1 around Bela Bela. The dude checked my licence and other things that he thought he had to check and then said that "we have a problem with your bicylces on teh back of your car" Not sure who the we was he was referring to. I got out and walked to the back of the car where the tried to convince me that the bikes were being transported illegally and it took some time for him to notice that they were in fact being carried on the Thule carrier with a number plate and the recommended lights.. his comment was "hau where you that carrier" priceless I tell you
  20. I wonder if he shat himself on a downhill and had to use something else Claudia reckons they were cool guys so for me they are ok. Congrats on your daughter finishing the tour. Must be the first U/16 to finish. And she skopped 'n paar ooms en tannies se gatte Shame on day 1 she really battled and here I must congratulate and thank her riding partner Ilna Lemmer also from TCC who got her through the day and the tour. I am sure Ilna did not do as well as she was hoping to do as a result of Claudia with her but the kid came back strong and motivated. They did not come last so I just shudder to think how slow the last guys must have been. But watch next year
