  9. I've stilll got a bit of steam coming from the ears and ssshakes in the hand. Driving the bosses new bakkie this weekend (new as in Wednesday new), and almost didn't get it home tonight in one piece. Because a Taxi hits the brakes in front of me to come to an unannounced sudden stop. This in fairly hectic traffic, on Montague drive on portion of pavement road, with no shoulders, cAnal walk behind me. And only knows how I didn't end up going through the back of him. But the bosses bakkie was not facing forward when I did finally take my nose off the wheel. Then I saw the passenger (a lady) casually getting on. The numskull that operates the door grins at me, hops in and they zoot off again. Can these passengers not think for themselves that could probably find a better place to flag down a taxi? Not even 10m further was a Business park entrance where he could have pulled out of the road safely. Lazy passenger. Driver could have pulled in there and made her walk towards the bus. Who the hell is more at fault here? gRRR
  10. change the stickers to: SPAZALIZED
  11. Sounds pretty good when you put it like that. Sorry for the generalization. My thinking maybe came from what my mom always said that a woman that smoked isn't a lady. But thinking of how expensive those cigarettes are, you have to be in a position to afford to smoke.
  12. Why what do you know about these frames?
  13. Is smoking a thing that defines class? I consider smoking to be a burden of lower LSM's much like alcohol abuse. Its a social crutch. Am I wrong here?
  14. I personally like the word crank arm. Its perfectly descriptive and specific. It means that I'm not referring to any other part of the crank inadvertently i.e. the crank spiders or any crank threads or the crank shoulder,or the crank end. No apologies from me.

  19. Its about time you boys got your head out of the clouds, and got back to some reality

  21. Please pack those guns away aunty. If Chris Jnr, does leave that area of the expo, we'll never get any pics of the other displays
  22. also known as a "BB threading tool" for some reason
  23. We figured you’d rather have a bicycle supplier chasing you than having to waste your time phoning people who didn’t answer their phones, or played lousy hold music only to tell you that they didn’t have what you’re looking for in stock. I honestly think that I have NEVER phoned a bike shop. I use any excuse to be inside a bike shop. It makes me feel good.
