My race times were a lot quicker in the open groups... As soon as I moved to the elite ladies it was a whole different game. Get dropped early in the race and you would do a TT to the finish

mmmm....I am not convinced...person in question have been cycling for couple of years never sub 3-ing anything and all of a sudden bam......sub 3 amashova and 94.7....I would also want some of that coaching to make such a drastic improvement

haha i am not even riding anymore...person's results which looked quite dodgy. looked into it and now all of a sudden the results have been changed...weird
