  5. Awesome ride a little chilly but thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Big up to the martials and looking forward to the next one
  6. I use the lanky to sharpen all my knifes from pocket knives to kitchen knives I would highly recommend it especially as a starting point to ensure your blades keep a good edge I know there are some knock off's that are a bit cheaper and just as good another nice one is the spyderco though I think it will take a little more skill but will be more rewarding in the long run http://m.spyderco.com/catalog/details.php?product=77

  8. I agree with the majority use 28c tires and pumping up to 8 bar. I also had a lot of problems with punctures/flats on my tandem in the end I found that the rims were the problem. Mind you I bought the bike 2nd hand and didn’t know the history of the rims they were defiantly well used. Basically what would happen as we rode the rims would get hot and become soft letting the tube sneak out and pinch. This was quite a problem as you can imagine, it happened once flying down a hill luckily no injuries just a long walk. A new set of wheels and haven’t had a problem since. This is however a little expensive so have a good look at the rims maybe get a professional opinion on them

    Good Products

So I have been looking for a new helmet for a while. I however seem to have a large head so struggle to find a good fitting helmet that doesn't look like I’m wearing a planet. At the same time I didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money. I decided to visit Tony Impey Cycles in the Bedford centre as I have not been there in years. I got to say it’s a nice shop they stock good products and are very helpful. Still on the Helmet topic I tried on a few of their helmets and particularly liked the feel of the Lazer O2 - one size fits all - at first I thought this was a gimmick but wow it fitted great with room to spare. In the end I parted with R1 200. After the real test on the road this weekend I have come to decide I am extremely happy with the purchase The fit is superb - it has a unique tightening system that works like a dream The Venting is great. Ok it wasn’t the hottest weather but so far so good.

I burn in the shade so from my experience Nivea 30+ anti aging face cream works a treat Have just bought the 50+ will see how that works Otherwise try P20 also fine it works well from Dischem
