I have been trying different options supplements for the cape epic this year and I know that time is running out to test as I need to get used to my choice? I was on USN Epic Pro the last few months but bonked twice and really hard (my liggies was uit dat ek hoendervleise kry). I am thinking Cadence Marathon for the start and second bottle and then Cadence Carbo Fuel What are you using that works for you?

Hi Hubland I hope someone can help me. I want to cycle from Langebaan to Vredendal. I see that there is a service road that runs along the railway and some roads close to the sea. So here are my questions: 1) May we cycle on the service road and may my wife follow me with a vehicle? 2) Are they suitable for a vehicle with a off road caravan? 3) Are those roads safe to cycle there? 4) Anyone who wants to join me ????. Hi Hubbers. I dont know if this has been asked or discussed before but help would be appreciated. I see on a thule website that the freeride is not carbon compatible. Does that mean it will damage my bottom tube if I load and clamp it? Are any of you using the freeride on a carbon frame?

Hi Hubbers I have 2 questions I hope someone can help me with. 1: If I want to run an oval chainring, do I have to take off those 4 crank adaptors (aka bling things) where the chainrings bolts on? 2: If those adaptors are scratched where can one buy new ones? Any input will be appreciated.
