  1. epoh, that sounds like a lethel concogsion, pitty that i cant get eggs in my stomach. I only race mtb, prefer endurance races. anyone tried the biogen stuff from ccycle lab. looking for some good stuf to tackle the Epic with. Help please
  2. Also have this problem in some races(MTB), now they do a pre-race-ride with GPS, problem solved.
  3. Used stuff from ESPI, worked GREAT!!! but apperently their sponsor to the Bulls team wasn't good idea, now they are no more, as far as I know. I'm using energy dynamics and sometimes Game(works great as well). Was introduced to Hammer 2 weeks ago, works well, too expensive over here, their "gu" did nothing for me, but the "shake" works like hell.
  4. I use camelback, 3L, don't have the weight problem, light bike, light ass. bottles almost never seal properly @ the valve, unless you use camelback bottles 1skinnyman2007-09-04 06:51:09
  5. Also had a Thule no-towbar clip on, used it once and sold it for 1/4 of the price, damaged boot. Fitted towbar and using Holdfast now. Much better!

  9. not a chance of going solo, team of 4, seeing it as an adventure and not a race.
  10. Hell yeah! can't miss me, u bringing a team from your side? need 2 train as soon as its getting hot again, otherwise the same as last year might happen...

  22. So, what is good front shock to change to, have an entry level, coil. Need something better that will survive the Epic, but unfortunately my budget is smallish1skinnyman2007-08-21 08:00:04
  23. Must agree with you Konafan regarding carbon, but the moola is not always there to get the carbon.
  24. Didn't get the mail, but a call from a friend's friend asking if I was interested to join him for '08, obviously I am in!!!
  25. Speed evil, I only ride MTB (13kg) and I'm very light for my height - 56kg @ 1,80m. Some guys in my group with 8,5kg bikes can't keep up on the hills and not able to catch up on the downs. Tried the light bike and the result was the same, although I lost speed on the downs. Needless to say I don't really care about the weight of my bike.
