  1. I would suggest you get the DVD - The Definitive Guide to Bicycle Maintenance R150 Cycle LabBuffwhack2007-10-30 10:31:57
  2. Just what I've always wanted...........what size are they
  3. Bought mine at Cycle Lab Fourways - here I go punting again - Pleasure Andrew. R150 Well spent
  4. The Definitive Guide to Bicycle Maintenance for road and MTB - After seeing it advertised on Super Cycling I went out and bought it - who says advertising does not work. Have been contemplating going on one of these bike maintenance courses, call me tight, they are not cheap. This DVD is well worth the money and no I am not getting a kickback from Mr Wilkinson for pushing the DVD. If you are at all interested in working on your own bike but feel a little unsure - go out and get it.
  5. What goes on inside someones head when they can drop their gel sachet after sucking the life out of it.Are people oblivious to the mess around them? So called educated people - in this instance this goes out to number 1037 doing the Campus to Campus today on your lovely Colnago, pitty you do not show the same pride in your environment. Stick it back in your pocket and wash your jersey when you get home, simple. Can not believe that people still need to be told. smileys/smiley7.gif" align="middle" /> Buffwhack2007-09-30 05:23:27
  6. I wont give up.....I wont give up
  7. Sorry there is more - the number collection story - cycling is an environmentally friendly activity HOWEVER we have to trek miles to pick numbers up, time money plus pumping more noxious fumes in to the air. I actually asked the guys at Cycle lab this one day and they just laughed thinking nothing of it.
  8. My pet hate, however with a twist aimed at the race organiser of the SOUTH. Whilst it is only fair to make some profit we should at least feel the races worth our while. Almost every weekend you will find a race on in the Vaal. Now how can you explain that one can do a 50km race for less than you pay for a 40km race and then the race. The more expensive 40km race is not even arranged on such a big scale, I am talking Campus to Campus. You get no official timing and sometimes you get a medal and in some instances it is not even for the race you have just done. I have complained to SGC but nothing gets done. Needed to get that out...........Thanks
  9. Hello, glad you had a good ride - how long were you out there? sorry I did not join you but if you do the ride again I will. Just needed to get going and back asap - also had a good ride but got roughed up by the wind a bit. How many Hubbers turned up in the end?

  11. Will confirm but it will not be a problem. Reserve I don't think soooooo will have to check out all the thighs first before I say anymore
  12. Ok will arrange, just let me know if you change your mind. Would like to join BUT will not attempt the reserve, will be glad to take all not up to going in on a 50km loop. And it depends on how many lady folk join you if its all guys you will be too strong but can still get you in.
  13. I ride for the Circus so if you let me know for sure I can make sure you can get in at 7am - but you must let me know
  14. I changed to a Selle Italia Ldy Gel flow on my Road bike and it is the best thing I ever did. At first I found it difficult to justify spending that kind of money but it is worth every cent and a sre behind is thelast thing on my mind now.
  15. Thanks
