its not only newbies, i saw some straight out dirt roadies, flying around the course. got to a twig and they topped in their bunch. and each one carried their bikes across and then got going again. friend and i cycled straight over it without the slightest hindrance. we ride over roots bigger than that on a normal ride. maybe too scared to scratch that frame

haha poor naartjie had to go in for collarbone op round 2. the previous 'fix' didnt do the job and the bone didnt join. so he is back in a sling for 6 weeks

dont worry my vodacom contract through autopage had some funny things going on. they could never get the bundle correct kept giving me the wrong amount. then i noticed my bill seemed high so i check and they were triple deducting my data so every 1 meg ended up being 3 megs. not to mention the amount of time on the phone to them with was about 30 bucks a pop cos they are so useless they cant find out whats going on.

when i used to ride offroad (motorbikes) its scary the amount of times i saw kids riding without helmets. i will always remember clearly telling some parents to please put helmets on the kids. their reply was, "but they dont like wearing them" i asked if theyd rather have a kid in hospital or worse or a kid that moans about a helmet... some people eish

caerus there are a few guys that hit inanda hills regularly now. 4 or 5 guys with home built trikes

no need for f2.8. but it does help. take the other advice. that's floating around its a fine balance to get enough light for the shots without the advantage of f2.8 but it can be done. up you shutter speed. and play with ISO and panning

Was thinking the same thing. Could be able to sell images of rhino soon for good money. Sad state of affairs tho. Really is disgusting what's happening.
