that sounds pretty good. but there will have to be some sort of control as to how and why a star get's allocated.

Let me make it clear! Not even this will help. I've just been ripped off by a very so called reputable seller who has been shamed before. I've asked him a simple question as to how he is going to remedy the situation. I have one suggestion. There should be a list of reputable sellers and buyers. This sucks big time.
