  3. The way I understand it, that part of the N2 is notorious for robberies and hi-jacking, and that is according to the radio station I listen to. I'm also somewhat amazed by the "offender" in the car for waiting for his fine so calmly.
  4. The shot was high, so did not hit the cop at all...look closely, he aims high to start with and when shooting ends up shooting above and slightly to the right as well...
  5. Life Sentence: A Biography of Herman Charles Bosman, Stephen Gray Finished it last night, been at it for a few months. It's an academic work, but probably the best on Bosman ever. Recommend it to anyone that likes do delve deep. Now to find the book written about Bosman that alleges he is the love child of Eugene Marais...

Nanoblocks...from Japan...very cool too, but you do need good eyes or glasses for them.
  13. I remember this from way back...the big dude assaulted the skinny driver of that car and got his ass whipped in the end.
  14. I read Iron Fist from the Sea, Douw Steyn and Arne Soderlund...after reading Recce by Koos Stadler. Two really nicely balanced books that cuts the c r a p out and presents the facts in easily readable format. Also read Spymistress by William Stevenson...it has been a while since I have negatively rated a factual work, but unfortunately the author's writing style was poor and he did Vera Atkins no favours by him telling the story. Some really interesting facts in the book, but generally speaking so flippen difficult to read it became a chore at the end.
  15. WOW Andyman, that is awesome! Well done!
