No Name

I have a very high heart rate. Not sure why..... sometimes when i walk out the door to go and ride, my heart rate is between 100 and 110. Not sure if it is the excitement of the ride or what... but be that as it may..... I normally average at around 150 - 160 . I am not unfit... so not sure what that can be. I had never had heart problems before. Although my dad has an irregular heart rate and they had to stop his heart a couple of times before and get it going again, just to get the rate back to normal.

I have used Cleangreen, petrol and turpentine. I must admit that out of all of them i prefer turpentine. What I do is the dirty turps I throw back into the bottle and let it stand. All the dirt goes to the bottom and I can use it again. I have used a bottle of turps about 5 times without any hassles. After that i just give the bottle to the guy that works in our garden and he uses it to do whatever.... The cleaning tools that I use is the clam shell type cleaner and also an old toothbrush and a paint brush. Works like a charm.

I must admit that sometimes when there are no cars, I will skip a robot, but only when i have looked ten times left and ten times right. But the other morning while riding on the tandem with my fiance we were almost done with our ride and we were in the finishing "sprint" and the robot turned red. There was no way that we could have stopped and we went over the red robot. Lucky for us, the car waiting to go over saw us, and did not ride. I did thank him for his kindness.
