  1. There is a slower bunch at 6th avenue walmer. As far as i know they do laps around and close to the casino. if you fall off, you can just wait for them when they come around for the 2nd lap. also safer. you don't want to ride on marine drive on your own. too much perly pple there.
  2. Who did Bruintjies Hoogte this weekend at Summerset East? What an awesome weekend. Did the 60km Mtb on Saturday and the 160km road on Sunday.

That book that i talked about earlier... that is a very good book. tells you what you can and can not eat before, during and after training. It even tells you what you can eat when you are not training. Very good investment.

  23. man, this topic changed.... still heart rate..... but not really the same.
  24. I have noticed that at a certain spot on my training route my HR jumps very high every time for a couple of seconds and them comes down to normal. It must be power lines or something. maybe there is a hill?
