  3. Thats right man, welcome.
  4. Im not against supplements at all, but there is one catch.. And i can prove this to you.. It starts with harmless protein shakes at 15 years old (which parents allow), then creatine or a shake with creatine in it (that parents think is a normal shake). Then pre work out and during work out drinks (which parents think are harmless, or they dont know about them). Then hormone enhancers (behind the parents back), then milld steroids (pill form - mainly ones that claim to just give you increased strength and not massive size), then full on injecting.. Trust me guys.. This happens to the most part of the youth that are into the gyming/rugby scene.. Im urging parents to watch out for this actually, it can ruin lives.
  5. Have the paths flattened out a bit since the opening day? Thats when I was there last.

  10. Cannot Agree more, Josh is a legend and sorts my bikes out exactly how i want them every time!! Will never go anywhere else...
  11. Enjoyed the trails too.. What would be really sweet (presuming that guard is at the gate all the time) is if you can buy tickets in advance and then just get it checked at that gate any time, even during the week or whatever... I dunno, probably won't work, but anyway...
  12. Pretty cool one at Gateway
  13. SO what do you guys think.. Honestly here... There's a photography competition.. basically submit 8 related images that would "tell a story" here's the link... http://www.winephoto.it/contest/ BUt i need some critique on my idea here... The thing i wanna do is find a building that has a lot of meaning to its surroundings and preferably a fair amount of history.. And then photograph different aspects of the building.. Like take far shots of how it fits in the landscape/cityscape. then get more intimate and take closer shots.. But not only of the aspects of the physical building itself, but aspects in a sense of how the people interact with the building and what it means to them... Try and photograph how they use the building to their advantage and how people react to the building and also how the building presents itself to the street... Some feedback?? Deadline is 18 may and prize is 4000 euro's.. As a student i could do with that.... Maybe a residential building in the city that has created business opportunities for informal vendors (which could be their reaction to the building).. Any other suggestions guys??? I don't think flashy images will win the prize... they need to have meaning and relate to my whole "concept"... Or is the architectural student in me coming out and freaking you guys out?? haha..
  14. And ja, London road is not too bad.. Just dont turn the wrong way..
