  4. Similar to this.. Spring loaded fork.. V-Brakes. Thinking of even sanding it down and spraying it plain with no decals or anything.

  9. So I have an old Trek in the garage that I want to convert to SS just for the odd commute and messing around. What do I need? Been looking on the net but nothing is actually helping. And how hard is it?? I think its a 24 speed at the moment.

  13. I got measured at the Specialized shop, Got a Phenom, Its hard, but still comfortable. Will never buy anything else.

  15. Thanks to Grant who came and picked my mate and I after he fell and cut his hand and hurt his wrist pretty bad. Called him and he was there in 5min.. No questions asked. Kinda makes paying for trails worth while. The guys there really care!!

  18. I will never understand this weight issue. People vary in weight.. Will a couple kg's for a few bikes make so much difference???

  21. Well I just started swimming at the start of this year and I found the the main thing is to relax completely.. You cant force anything.. Also, if you turn your head to the side but keep the top of your head in the water the water seems to be diverted and you get like a gap where you can breath. Im not sure if that makes sense at all?? But relaxing is the main thing. Or els you'll just find yourself getting tired and wasting energy.

  23. But to answer your question I started in the A batch in my last race. I couldnt hang on till the end so they finished before me and my ave was around 34/35 and there was a fair amount of climbing.
