Ritalin or concerta really helps for concentration and focus. People abuse it, like many other things - but no point painting all users with the same brush.

They wont go with Planet fitness or Virgin - not as profitable and a different type of training, you cant just pitch and ride. Also it kind of makes it cycling exclusive. On my 4 course now, and about 25% FTP increase. Good investment opportunity though - anyone got some moola to invest?
