  1. Sorry, stance explained better....
  2. 160mm Chilcotin
  3. That allroad would be on air ride-so you can slam it for show and then lift it to drive with a flick of the switch. The Canadians do it best stanceworks, canibeat etc is a scene with slammed/stanced cars. I enjoy the look because it makes the cars look like the original concept drawings. Back to bikes....
  4. Being a VAG and Knolly fan, this is one ideeeeeal setup... http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m130/kwaterbury22/allroad-side-knolly_decal.jpg
  5. Drop me a PM - I have some good contacts in the classic bike circles. A good mate of mine is busy on a Vespa resto - Tiago - OneOneCustoms, he'll be able to help with the frame.
  6. I had a 2013 Thruxton new out the box, did the TTP mods (airbox removal for pods, SAI removal, re-map etc and gutted the pipes) what a great machine. Actually sold it to pursue the need to build more classic stuff, but I sure do miss that bike. Havent ridden a road bike for over a year now!
  7. Thanks Dude! did you go watch the Supercross at Hondabar? No, Mark at Alufab is doing all the fabrication - he lives two blocks up from me, sooo convenient LoL!
  8. Thanks! cant wait to get her finished!
  9. I'm finally getting somewhere on my CB550 build - loosely based on the Dick Mann CR750, but with modern USD forks and supermotard wheels, she's going to be fun! http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k500/RedLadder/DSC_8344.jpg http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k500/RedLadder/DSC_8346.jpg http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k500/RedLadder/DSC_8347.jpg I've just about finished my 1996 Honda CR250 Jeremy Mcgrath replica - its sitting at Honda Bar (Greenstone) on display, just a handful of items needed to finish her off... http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k500/RedLadder/DSC_7509.jpg http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k500/RedLadder/DSC_7512.jpg
  10. Knolly Warden Aquaman Tribute build http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k500/RedLadder/s1600_TN26.jpg
  11. 13. WTB Bronson front and rear 2.3 - no issues to report from Hakahana (that's two Hakahana's on same tyres - no issues). The chain coming off is another story...
  14. Nope, they must be over a year old. I just really enjoy them! Cant get rock razor in 26"
  15. Just got to say I've had zero issues with my WTB Bronsons and zero punctures, which includes MANKELE Avalanche and Juma Urban Assault, over the last few months I've owned the Santa Cruz. I've just ordered some more from Mike's Bikes.
  16. PM me, I can put you in touch with someone who makes it purely for medicinal use. I honestly think that its something that should be given a chance, like I say if the chemicals aint working maybe its time to give mother nature a try.
  17. A good indica strain will aid sleep Dipslick, if youre not into smoking then marijuana oils can be found. One of the reasons it helps cancer patients so much is that it helps one sleep and increases appetite. If youre eating sleeping tabs like smarties then marijuana oils could be a natural alternative. Just a drop under your tongue before you go to sleep, like a kabouter
  18. Braaaaaaaap!!!
  19. Thanks Tromp - I think the older chaps see it as sacriledge, its only a bolt on hardtail anyhow - she can be made back to a bonnie with ease. Anyways, each to his own I guess!
  20. I believe a good dose of vitamin green keeps the goggos at bay, this is the kind not prescribed by doctors - its the roll it up, light it up and enjoy kind. I'm a firm believer that this plant has many medicinal qualities - the transient feeling is just a bonus.
  21. Thanks its mostly time (on the CR), money was spent on the bobber - Im clueless with british stuff - the threads alone and imperial sizes makes wrenching on it difficult. But a dirt bike is an easy build, so Ive been enjoying it - got amazing results with a Soda Blaster (you don't even need to remove seals etc - its that gentle, yet strong enough to remove rust/oxidization on parts) Thanks again for the kind words
  22. My bobber made it on to The Exif - pretty proud about that http://www.bikeexif.com/triumph-bonneville-bobber
  23. Thanks Undun - I was in Std 8 when McGrath was king so Ive always loved that '96 CR. I've tracked down original, real deal graphics that were leftovers from MC's '96 Season - not cheap at $400 but it will be the cherry on top! Jeremy Pincus built the works pipe for me - piece of art hey! Thanks Tromp - yes she's a wideline featherbed, with a pre-unit Triumph 650cc heart. I entered my bobber in the last two 1000 bike shows, but she wasn't well received so Im not going to bother again. Im riding Mankele this weekend anyhow, enjoy the show! Look out for Lourens Millers 30/30 Harley custom (Black and brass with 30" wheels) its a beaut!
  24. I hear you there! I'm sure you've seen this then...
  25. Andrew was very helpful when I purchased a Deity from him, since then I've had queries and questions and he's always been quick to respond with useful info. Two Thumbs up - you can see a clear passion there and that's what will set Dial'd Bikes apart from the rest.
