Afternoon I have a powermeter ( Sram 3 bolt Boost ie 3mm spacing). after a lot of searching and not finding anything for a 1x gravel power meter that will work with the correct chainline i want to try the following: take my boost powermeter, put it on my gravel bike and space the chainring with CSIXX 3mm chainring spacers. will this work?? Gravel bike is non boost so 6mm offset

check iron levels iff you are constantly drained. I start my day with Alkaline powder and in winter a vit D tablet. just to kelp boost the immune system. whatever you take should be seen as a SUPPLEMENT ie main source of whatever your body needs, need to come from a good diet. also don't underestimate listening to your body, if you are tired then rest. So my list is. Fexo antihistamine vid D supp in winter alkaline powder. sleep support ( in the agricultural sector so stress is always present

1:1 enough for gravel rollers? the only reason is im afraid i run out of legs on the race2thesea for instance

42t with current 11-42 casette?

Morning Replacing my drivetrain on my gravel bike. Replacing my casette to 11-42. Ordered 40T chainring but was told they dont have stock but they can supply me with a 42T. would the 1:1 ratio on the climbs work? i am not the lightest at 100kgs but in the long run i would like to get the nex apex axs with gx axs and turn it into a mullet with a 10-50 casette. so 40 or 42t?? regards Calves

i will most certainly race it again, since we were promised free entries... Its a great route and i am certain most will agree. BUT we pay a lot of money for these races AND the cost of travel on top of that and i am sure I have the right to be a little cheesed off. i could have overseen a few of the stuff if it was organized by ie. the lions club of said town of the school itself. but for an events company this is a bit amateurish. ps. also heard Adrian reversed over someone's bike... but even this still does not top a race we did in Beaufort-West where the event was advertised as 45km, at registration they apologized and told us its actually 65km.. finished the race on 105km... did not get lost. the person who rode the route to count the kms forgot about a few sections. needless to say the event never took place again

Just need to check but route on their website versus what we rode/gpx file also differs. you might be old and grumpy but i feel exactly the same. iff it wasnt for the free entry for next year i would have told them to shove it for an RONDE... dont over hype and under deliver. ALSO.... apparently there was not "caution cycle race in progress" etc on the tar section from the wind farm??? can anybody confirm? iff this is true that is piss poor from them.
