  1. Will there be full road closure? The vision of the Tshwane Classic was to present Tshwane’s version of the Cape Town Cycle Tour and Ride 947 in a traffic free environment, courtesy of significant buy-in from the Tshwane Local Government.
  2. If it gives any comfort, I've been riding unbranded Chinese wheels for the past 5 years, haven't missed a beat. Must add that I did extensive research on different suppliers before I made a decision.
  3. Probably this one from Builders https://www.builders.co.za/Automotive/Automotive-Accessories/Herschell-Marine-Grease---White-%28100g%29/p/000000000000402288
  4. Bought a Lazer O2 on sale last year, by far the most comfortable lid I've had. My measure is do I forget about it or am I constantly fiddling instead of enjoying the ride
  5. Had jerseys made by cyclebox in china for our 94.7 charity bond. Paid R350 per jersey including shipping and duties
  6. Same question but different Old Sora and mavic aksiums Which to upgrade?
  7. +1 on getting a test saddle, use it extensively to make sure its right/ wrong for you
  8. Building is half the fun. I have have the BB installed and steerer cut by the LBS, that's the only stuff you can really cock up and render your frame and fork useless. All the rest is pretty simple, LOADS of info available on the web http://www.teamlampreisd.com/videos/il-meccanico-ronny-baron-ci-illustra-come-si-monta-una-bici-dei-professionisti/ http://www.teamlampreisd.com/videos/il-meccanico-ronny-baron-ci-illustra-come-assemblare-una-bici-dei-professionisti-2%C2%B0-parte/
  9. Unfortunately there will always be someone that has a bad experience.... I've bought from them multiple times without any issues with them or their products
  10. Have a look at this guy: http://www.sodablast.co.za/surfaces-that-can-be-cleaned.html
  11. why don't you import a chinese carbon frame etc and canibalise your existing bike for parts?
  12. @AfdElite Flyxii quality is great, both my dad and I have complete (frame, fork, stem, seat post, handlebar, headset, bottle cage, saddle) bikes from them. Done 2000+ kms with quality issues. Ordered through them via ebay. They call themselves a_baygoods. Communication was pretty good, usually responded within 24hrs
  13. Friend of mine bought this last week, sweet ride for the price! http://www.sportsbasement.co.za/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=298
