Check www.extralite.com I've got a F1 mtb with full extralite parts. Seems to have normal wear and tear as expected in mountainbiking. I deal directly with Sergio Riva (contact details on the site). They seem very efficient. Just posted some stuff to them for servicing. Will let you know how long it takes. Probably 10days shipping, not sure how long to tune shock, then 10days shipping back to me. Also ordered some new bits and pieces. Selle Italia SLR xc gel flow is great! Not sure about the best price you can find it for. Probably over 1k. Some bike shops have Selle Italia test seats which you can try out for a week or two.

What about someone putting a wooden-plank bridge next to the see-saw? Maybe then the people without the skills to ride the see-saw will take the easier route and they still don't have to get off their bikes to cross the river!

Anyone use Motorex dry lube? How does it compare?
