ASG. BUT... make sure you know beforehand exactly what you need. I ordered hub conversion kits through a cycle store, waited 6+ weeks only to be told it doesn't fit centre lock. And no one at either the shop or ASG knew or advised me. Got a refund, so was fine. Just do your own homework.

The mud down there is hectic. And I can not afford to fix parts right now. It will definitely need it after two days of rain.

Going to Kings in the morning. Thought about there as well. Just the issue of the short descents. Didn't think about flipping them though, that could definitely work. The Enduro format does seem like short intense bursts. 3-5km max (under correction), although there are the European legs that have the epics built into them eg, Megavalanche etc. I think that is where Mankele got their initial idea from, where the stages are 15-20 mins for the top guys, and have a fair amount of climbing. Ideally I reckon we need to convince land owners to build into the side of the ridge lines along the magalies etc, and develop a long point to point drop with multi switchbacks, that should create a good flow and have tons of length, but will take a good while to develop.

To anyone that's ridden this course. Do you guys reckon a full face is needed or is that a bit too much? I've been to Cascades and it's NOT the Spruit. Did Mankele sans one and it was fine, but not sure how the trails are going to be for the 27th. Thanks!

Karkloof. Went there during the Worlds weekend. I only did the 30k and it's amazing.

+1 I have the Trail King 2.2 up front. Plenty of times when I thought this is it, but a little under steer and back you go. The 2.2 is massive compared to even the MK 2.4. Running a relatively worn out Nevegal 2.1 at the back and it's fine. Just fine
