i will be taking Wednesday off to make sure the bike is mechanically sound... the chain sometimes jumps off in the front when changing from the bigger gear down to the smaller, seems it has to do with what gear i am on in the rear, will test on wed ok so if i have been doing 2 hours on the hills in the south of JHB i should cut it down to 1 hour ?

could i just use tyre liners/puncture protection tape for the 94.7 race , my puncture worries are mainly for the race.......

Hey Hubbers, yesterday i took my bike to Linden Cycles to fit my newly acquired wheels (campy Eurus, have a look at the pictures section to see how she looks now ) and whilst i was there i enquired about new tyres as the GP 4000 on the wheels were a little worse for wear! so i came across some red Vittoria Rubino Pro SLicks which were extremely well priced! alot cheaper then the R600 odd for the Gp 4000 whats your opinion on them Vittoria's ??

hey Clint, i have the Elite, identical to the one in your pic! i bought it from Wendal and Maya at the cycle hub, chat to them for the best price around i sent my mate there and he bought a medium about 3 weeks back and also loves the Elite Wendal or Maya would give you proper feedback on these bikes, but if i remember correctly the Elite was better than the Sport
