for the last 3 years I am starting on empty and have not bonked since then. We normaly cycle @ 5h00 in the mornings, so I cannot remember why I changed, perhaps it is becase I wanted to sleep a bid more.

I am currently riding Q-Rings and are lowing it. I ride on OCP 4, but want to know, do anybody have guidelines on how to fine tune this setting. My question is if normal is OCP 3. What is, OCP for Climbing? OCP for Sprinting?

The Difference is that the Carbon used in the R1 is HMX and is better and the frame is also about a 100g lighter than the other two which uses HMF Carbon. Both are great bikes and there handeling is great.

I train all winter on the indoor trainer, but try to do outside training on the weekends. I use a Tacx Flow. Make sure you have a fan(remote one) if possible and a TV to watch movies(action movies, you do not have to listen), because it can get hard. There is also a lot of training DVD's(Chris Carmichael, Coach Troy etc.)

How do the prices in SA compare to CRC for that crankset?

What is the +- amount for the Giordana bibs

Did you bu in SA or at CRC, because i hear that SRAM does not bring it into SA

I was thinking of the SRAM Quarq's, they are actually cheaper than CRC, because the price that they qoute is 17.5% tax included, and if you change your country to SA, it costs something like R13200. I think you still need to pay the 15.4% tax on this. Have anybody worked with the Quarq meters before? Would like to see all the data when i race aswell.
