  1. I wonder how CWC feels about it.
  2. If you can handle it, why not.
  3. Thanks for your 2c. Are the forks special that I would need someone in my area? I have looked for second hand but getting impatient as my last bike got stolen and the money is burning a hole in my pocket and the fact I dont have a bike anymore.
  4. Whatever hurts less
  5. dont worry, there still are a few real men out there. But I must say, I did shave my legs once for comrades as massages are a lot less painfull and messy. not too keen to do it on a regular basis. Too much PT
  6. A repair to a carbon frame is quite technical especially if it is a top end bike. A lot of design has gone into choosing the correct fibre orientation and resin systems used (shock absorbtion, etc). It is not as simple as just throwing a few layers of carbon twill to the problem. Definately get an expert to check it out or it will just break again. Thats my 2c worth
  7. There is a Schwinn moab elite going for around R6500 new (around my budget) with components far superior to others in that price range. Any comments regarding the quality of Schwinn frames? see link for specs http://www.bicycling.co.za/bikes-gear/guide/moab-elite
