  1. Alternatively a conversion that is highly rated is sold by CYC. In both cases installation is not massively difficult. CYC Motor
  2. If you can wait a little while. Probably the simplest conversion that I have come across. Bimotal is about as low key as it gets.
  3. If you want an off-line system that's free but still has a beyond granular level of ways to map and monitor your progress check out Golden Cheetah. To date I have yet to find anything that gives you this level of detail on your training progress which is free. Having said that, it does require some extra reading/watching to fully understand all of the tech jargon and assessment methods that are available in it. There is a comprehensive selection of tutorial videos on the website that address that.
  4. Have a look at the attached report on doping in Danish cycling. The part relevant to Riis starts at the end of page 6. The only reason why he wasn't formally charged is that the statute of limitations had passed. Two of the doctors on the CSC team are on the NTT team. https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/csc-team-doctors-respond-to-jaksche/ That was from 2007, so clearly they were lying when you read these extracts from the Danish report. Michael Rasmussen, Tyler Hamilton, Jörg Jaksche, and Alex Pedersen have all informed the investigation group that riders were provided with cortisone by the team without medical justification. • In his capacity as team owner and leading sports director, Bjarne Riis had knowledge that other riders on the team in addition to Tyler Hamilton used doping. This assessment is based on the fact that three other riders in addition to Hamilton - Bo Hamburger, Michael Rasmussen and Jörg Jaksche - have stated that Riis knew about their use of doping. " Riis may have world tour experience, but I wonder if it is the kind of experience that NTT needs... Report on Doping in Danish Cycling 1998-2015 - Summary.pdf
  5. 6 Days 28 Timed Stages 25 000 meters of descent. I quote from Enduro MTB.com . "Featuring 30-minute stages with over 1500m descending in one hit, this event will push riders like no other. It is the equivalent of riding the Megavalanche twice on the same day, with a bit of liaison in between, and then repeating that for 6 days in a row!" Arm pump takes on a whole new meaning...... Time to start saving for 2015 then http://www.trans-savoie.com
