hi guys could someone please explain what is the diff between a whey protein shake and a normal protein shake.im currently using the usn pure protein shake after a ride, but recently have picked up 2kgs.can the weight gain be attributed too the protein shake.

total cycling has their prices excluding vat where as como is including vat.

como bike has their price including vat.so do we pay the price that they quote or is there other charges too consider.

tell me guys when the chain is on the smallest gear both front and back will it touch the chain stay.it seems as if my chain sags a lot and rest's on the chain stay when stationary.

Hi Guys Went out this morning for a ride and 10kms into the ride i broke the chain.my bike is six months old with ultegra components,rode the tour durban last week and cleaned and lubed the chain last night.the chain broke outwards at the link. i,ve ordered a new chain online which is the kmc gold chain. is the chain a good choice and should i check the other components? thanks
