Did a total of 3hours here today (not consecutive... 1 at a time)... Been 2week of the saddle and I can feel it big time!

In my mind I was ignoring the bad because I really really wanted to be part of I-team. I would have pushed through the shoulder pain to just even join for a few kms but today I got told to stay off the bike for 2 months. THIS was the year I actually road my bike/trained before the event and I really think that sub3 would have been possible with you guys. If someone wants an entry contact me... I'll definitely be there on the day before and after to cheer the I-team!

Are you seeded in bunch/start group I? ......and it is your 1st 94.7? You must have done a few good seeding races.

Dont you ride during the week before work? Since I started that my normal wake up time on ride days are 4am and 5am on other days... Doubt you'll need to make it earlier than 'normal'. Earlier is always better than later... Well maybe it is just because I'm "Germatic about time" (or so they say)

Ooohh do you also stay in Linden? Would have loved to do that rode with you (sometime maybe)...

They quite expensive hey, most of the things I have from Birzman is cheaper (just comparing to them because they are said to be 'one of the more expensive brands'...not necessarily the best)

Didn't fall there, sailed over it Think there was actually rocks behind you can't see in that pic that 'lead you over it' too... Those were the easy parts of the course anyway.

Over that rock was the fastest line... I couldn't pick my front up as high as I wanted due to shoulder injury in the bail.... Even with that I didn't feel that rock even... Nothing compared to earlier in that line.
