hi, at what level are the trails?.. want to take my wife along, she doesnt like to do technical stuff. so if its the like northernfarms or the braamies spruit then it should be fine.

5-6 hr drive

its a public holiday...so not sure how much traffic stirring will be done..

what are these rides in aid of? any specific charity or what what?

im doing about 6hrs on the bike per week.. plus 2 1hr spinning sessions..and some gym circuits, hoping thats enough ..??
