  8. I read in an older Bicycling one can use your granny denture cleaning pills. Let is stand overnight and Bobs your uncle. I store mine in the fridge.
  9. I use my camel back on long rides 3h +. And when we have to cross some fences. When my mates lift my bike over the fence they always tell me how light it is. Nearly 1.5 kg lighter than theirs.

  15. Hi, was wondering what is the best practice to clean (wash) one's MTB. Do you put on degreaser on the chain, BB, drive train, rear and front derailleurs and the hubs and then take a hose and wash the grease off.   17. What do the arrows mean with the percentages. Time and % in, above and under heart rate zone? And if that, was your zone set at 150 - 173?
