  7. Go for tubeless tyres. The non UST tyres sidewalls are not strong enough so I had a sidewall cut. My non UST tyres also perished because of the sealant. I am now on Maxxis Larsen UST and
  8. On the standard rollers as in the picture only by changing to bigger gears but it only makes a little difference. It still is a very good workout though.
  9. At first I thought I was not going to get the hang of it. After 5 minutes everything was fine although you have to keep concentrating.
  10. Got my new Tacx Antares rollers yesterday after waiting 5 weeks. Did fine after a few minutes and ended up doing 30km.

  12. Think long term, in three years time you maybe want to be more competitive. Your name says it all. So don?t go too cheap now.   15. Beware, I did the Ghetto Tubeless on my WTB Prowler non UST tires last August. Both of them deteriorated and failed.
  16. I am goeng to play sqaush for a few months so time on the bike outside will be less. Was thinking of getting me a roller for indoor/ anytime training. Would like to hear some comments from guys that have some experience with it. Should I get it it and will it fulfill my needs?
