Not sure about the frame weights as i don't see them on Look's site, but the crank(320g), fork(295g) and stem(160g) are identical. Also don't see anything about the SR frame on the chinese model

On their website, Zipp qoutes the following: " Ours are the only carbon clinchers to pass stringent european safety testing without limitations on rider weight or brake pad options." This is for the 404 and 808. Nothing like this is qouted for the 303.

Looks like maybe Octavian was tired of the hub and decided to go out with a bang but I honestly don't remember if he cycled
