  1. You get one new free upgrade per year, thats whats happened with me for the past 2 years. @Udxcob, yes, I don't see why I should pay to start later, I'll keep my number until July thanks. But others may disagree.
  2. Damn! If only i'd waited a few more months!!
  3. I think that the crank PM's also show cadence in most cases. But if you have a garmin/polar head unit and cadence sensor then it overrides the cadence sensor on the PM and uses the one you've got on already.
  4. Mine is about to fall off, think i'll just out the double sided tape on though...
  5. hmmm, still debating whether to go or not. Might get my ass handed to me on a plate
  6. So... Seeing as Contador has been banned, Saxobank have lost all of the points that he gained during the time period in question. They now have to go to a commision to see if they still qualify as a Worldtour team without Contadors 68% of the teams points. 7. That was my 1st MTB race
  8. So... Seeding is up for the race, wonder who the rider is who would've got a 2:58 for the ride, seeing as D. Lill was riding...??
  9. Unfortunately it was misplaced at the office of the guy whose bringing it back and he missed it in Jan, so it's getting to SA on the 25th/26th Feb, will get it fitted ASAP and then do some testing on the IDT with both of them. So keen!
  10. Of course!
  11. At least you finished! I was seriously considering dropping out after 25km when I got dropped, and I didn't even crash. Big ups to determination! I'm also happy I carried on, beat my dad my 8mins, a racing master who's son is in my lift club by 6mins, and my old sportsmaster by 11!
  12. If you have a worn chain then you lose power, it won't affect the device, but the reading you will get on a crank pm and a hub pm with a worn chain will differ.
  13. Results are up!
  14. My dad rode in B and they caught A on 20km, apparently A just started slowly... The whole of B caught A by the way, not just some front guys.
  15. I agree, had a very close call when some guy just stopped in the middle of the road. I had to brake in about 2m and when I did my back brake locked and I skidded sideways for a seconds, managed to stay upright though. Was an awesome ride, really enjoyed it, especially the finishing climbs.
  16. so I paid my R200 entry fee, went to get my number, and no goodie bag?? Now i'm cross
  17. Awesome ride! Awesome course! Be there Lots of events for everyone!
  18. In the end it was R12000, unfortunately I had to pay VAT twice (33% in total) so that's why it's higher, getting it on the 25 feb.
  19. Also Force, thinking of an upgrade to red, but only next year at the earliest...
  20. Don't worry, I'll be behind you
  21. What time and day is this? Might be keen to come and watch after the 99er?
  22. I'm getting mine in sometime this month, will answer all questions fielded when it arrives
  23. So, I just looked at the people who rode last year and there are lots of very notable names... Maybe they'll be back this year? Also see that the $ group will be quite big this year, I'm no 136, anybody in $ after that?
  24. Hmmm, I think I'll give it a go.
