  2. Ditto, been using cauliflower for a while. can also grate it and use it as an alternative to rice for stews and so forth.
  3. wife made a grated cauliflower and cheese base other day. was firm, and tasty very nice.
  4. Hi, so i have the go ahead to buy a coffee machine for office. will not bew getting a pod machine. will make 10 to 15 cups a day max. needs to be simple, user freindly and bullet proof, and not break the bank. any suggestions on where to start ? got upto R10k to spend. tx
  5. My wife makes me pemican. I used it in sani2c straight after ride for fuel and protein. Quiet like it actually, going camping in Kalahari for 3 weeks now and will use it as my snack during day.
  6. as a rule of them most guys pulling huge loot have huge lifestyles with them, with not so strong balance sheets once all debt settled.
  7. I was just pouring the espresso in and then blending with hand held mixer, made for a cool fatshake. I have just started using a metal jug and heat butter and coconut fat on stove and then pour espresso in and blend. Hot is much nicer !
  8. good to have you back and adding value to this thread htone, I don't think I am alone in this thought! And remember positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes, simple but true in my experience.
  9. I have a espresso fatshake every morning for last 4 months or so, 40 gr butter 40 gr coconut butter organic thick cream unpasteurised 1x espresso left the flaxseed out it ruins it. keeps me going till 2 pm no problem without snacking. blended together

  18. I have dual sus 29'er BS. Came of a Gaint Anthem XO 26. Loving the bike, given me no problems, weighs 10.7kg and looks the business. Guys where very helpful with build and offer extremely competitive pricing for a well specc'd race ready XC mtb.
  19. I have cycled on and off for 20 years, done the league's and so forth. I gave up cycling because of back pain, it got to the point where my only association with cycling was back pain! When i got back into it eventually, I built my training up slowly, I focused on core and it was like a whole new world opened up to me, 6/7 hours rides with no back pain what so ever. My point, core,core ,core I'm convinced it makes a huge difference to your riding.
  20. Hi, I am in the market for an idt with virtual training software. I use an stand alone Elite at the moment with my powertap hub, can those who are using an idt with virtual software give me feedback from their perspective on the unit they using, and if it does make indoor trainig less monotonous ? is it worth the investment ? Thanks.
  21. Rode one the other day, was my first ride on 29er, so was super impressed. Much more responsive than I had imagined it would be. Coming off a 26 anthem X0. Will get a better idea tomorrow having experienced a 29er now. 10.7kg.
