So what is the correct feeling when one of your mates gets a new bike? Should you a. Feel incensed with jealousy and tipex him out of your address book? b. Feel really happy for him and wish him many happy hours on the new pony c. Go and buy yourself a new one to make yourself feel better?

I did the Ultra Marathon and really enjoyed the route, however the water points on the last stretch were piss poor, and the fact that I nearly got killed by Karl Platt and Erik Kleinhans coming down the same single track that I had to go up was also a bit disappointing, it could have resulted in a serious injury for them as well as myself.

I have had a terrible experience with Trek, they claim all sorts of scenarios when you try and claim a warranty, bike abuse, falls and so on and so forth. I will never ever buy a Trek again. So describe the worst blow job you ever got................ Faaaantastic. That sort of describes how Cannondale and Omnico treat you. Naturally I will be staying with that brand
