  1. I would have torn the first ones head off with my bare hands, then used the severed head a a projectile to incapacitate the 2nd one and finally I would have whipped out my nob and bludgeoned the third one to death, cos I have had the training you know!
  2. Does it work if you just eat a few teaspoons of it?
  3. Here you gohttp://www.strava.com/activities/87282544
  4. Yes they work out your seeding based on your best three results, but I guess if you call them and protest they will probably accommodate you for the next race.
  5. Nope you race index is 39.49, you will have to do well in another race before it drops below 30 to get into the A batch
  6. One more race and your seeding will be fixed, they use your best 3 indexes.
  7. Another pet hate is when you drop a bottle or something else and slam on brakes with no regard for people behind you, those individuals also need to be dragged into the street and shot in the back of the head at dawn.
  8. You have got to love how he drifts that first corner, I wonder how many bikes they will sell as a direct result of this video? My guess will be quite a few.
  9. Grey owl village shopping centre in Centurion, great service
  10. I spoke to Matt from Tool-up cycles last night and they are opening on the 28th of June.
  11. That unseeded start was an absolute nightmare, If you can even ride up the little climb at the start, than its probably a clue that you are in the wrong race. I really hope that the fix that next year, its really not difficult.
  12. Cool see ya later, I am also only doing the late ride
  13. Hey you dropped your lipstick in my drive way the other morning
  14. Exposure lights are money well spend, they are a bit expensive but are fantastic quality and will last and last and last. I do a lot of night riding and early morning rides and I can say they are really worth the investment.
  15. I have done 3 Transbaviaans and am going for my 4th one this year. On all three occasions we have had very different weather. The first one was so cold we rode with jackets, base layer leg warmers booties etc for the entire ride. The year before last was very very wet so I can highly recommend sealskin socks for those kind of conditions. Last years it was a bit of a mixed bag and it we did it pretty quickly so we only needed war clothing at the last check point, however if you are slower then it would be a good idea to get dressed warmly earlier. A good light weigh rain coat is also a good item to have as it can keep the rain as well as the wind off you. This is the strava link from my ride last year http://www.strava.com/activities/75514359
  16. Its a Cannondale Naturally
  17. Granted we did finish close to the front, however the last two years he has been at the line for all finishers to take a photo with. So I guess its not really necessary but it was a really nice touch.
  18. I did the Adventure again this year and was yet agin blown away at how awesome the route and the organisation were. The new Barn chill zones were fantastic so I really hope they are there a gain next year. My only criticism would be the prize giving at the end, I see they only recognised the winning male team, no second, third and no mixed and ladies. Surely they can call up all those and at least take a photo. Also no Farmer Glen at the finish was a bit disappointing not to take the usual photo with him.
  19. Yes but who rides without a phone, what happens when you Ka-Pow yourself and need to be rescued to hospital?
  20. Live tracking on the Garmin 810 FTW
  21. Unless its the same make as your bike, then you have a beeeeeg problem
  22. Running is only for criminals, they normally run away fro the scene of the crime, normally with a flat screen TV under their arm.
  23. Oh yes I am super slow.
  24. All show and no go?
