  1. I am looking for a stem with an angle of between 20 and 30 degrees with a length of 80-90mm for my MTB. Can anyone point me in the right direction as I am really struggling to get hold of one. I know Ritchey has one as part of their 2012 catalogue but it is not yet available in RSA. Reason for this is, that my frame is slightly to small for me, and as I dont have money to buy a new bike I will just have to make it work. The current 'drop' from my saddle to my handle bars is 7.5cm and I have a strong suspicion that is the cause of my lower back pain.
  2. I think the best solution for sky going forward will be to make the two co-leaders of the team. Froome could easily have dropped Wiggo quite a few times in this tour, but like previously stated, his role this year was to work for Wiggo... If they are co-leaders its a different story. Strongest man on the day will take time out of the other one... They have 7 other domestiques after all...
  3. Also not received anything yet... checked all the spam folders as well!!!
  4. You can order directly from 32GI for R249...
  5. On HotSpots website it is listed at R52,000...
  6. I've got the same set as this and must say it is amazing value for money. Would also recommend a proper set of allen keys and torque wrench on top of it but for a start this will serve you very nicely.
  7. I got a set of the fulcrums in feb and absolutely love them!!! Cwcycles sell them for R2600 and in the classifieds there is a new set for R2200. Its a steal at that price!!!
  8. I wanted to go there first, but the guy who was doing it there has left so they dont do the BG Fit setup anymore.
  9. He either works from centurion or can come out to you. I went to his place. Cost me R750 for the fitting.
  10. I also went to him last week Friday, and he finalised my setup on Monday. I still have to take my new setup out for a ride though. He really knows what he is talking about, and explains what he does very well. Will certainly recommend him!!!
  11. I understand your point, but why is there then selection criteria for the olympics? If they said from the start: "We would select the strongest rider, and the other 2 will be chosen to support this rider" then fine, but you can't tell the girl that this is what you have to do to go to the olympics and then not pick her. Politics in sport is a biatch...
  12. Also doing the marathon this year. Only recently upgraded into the big boy class... Cant wait for this one!!! See you all there
  13. Gobi was to narrow for my backside so will see how this one goes... luckily I am prepared to at least give it a decent chance.
  14. Got it after I went for a BG fit on Friday. Hopefully this helps for my sore back...
  15. I got me one of these over the weekend. Still have to go and try it out though...
  16. I went for a BG fit last week and my frame is a bit to small for me so cannot get to the ideal setup... Also dont have the money for a new one so it will just have to do for now...
  17. I got the Assos Mille at solomons for R1800. I think the special is still running
  18. I saw a SB Storm at FPC gift acres on monday. Sexy bike that!!!
  19. How much climbing will we do on the 60km route?
  20. Another long shot. I lost my Cateye strada computer a while back at Groenkloof...
  21. I have not ridden the Mercury 3 but I cannot fault Silverback as a brand. Have been very happy with my 2011 Ventura. The silverback is definitely the best value for money!!!
  22. Well it is only a good idea if the 10 and 20km does not share any of the 40km route. Otherwise good luck!!!
  23. Just upgrade to the 70km and start nice and early...
  24. Hi Tim, Is it still possible to upgrade/downgrade entries at registration?
