The motorbike oil is the fork oil he is talking about. Basically its a 10wt 7wt or whatever weight oil...... You just have to use the right weight oil for the fork.... I dont know the weight of the float oil thats why I asked..... Float oil is pretty thin in comparison to the others......

Johan? What can I use for a Replacement for the Float oil... Omnico doesnt have stock and the havent had for the past 5weeks.....

Hi Juan.... BRC is not a exclusive Giant dealer anymore.... He picked up some tiff with them regarding stock and is now stocking about 5 different brands. But there is nothing wrong with his service. Mathews is back with the shop again.So the Workshop is tip top again as well... He also has one of the best wheel builders working for him.

Him and JB just doesnt sit around the same fire thats all......

Its only on the 240 Hub as far as I know.... the other hubs use pawls..... Doug from DT Swiss also gets his own tool made from a shop.... he sells these to the mechanics that buy from him. Dont know where JB got his from but I assume, that if it was directly from the distributer then he would have gotten the more durable one. JB Im only assuming so please don't rip my head off if im wrong.....

The black plates that come with the cleats are not shoe shields..... you buy them in a separate packet and they are silver. Try the CrankBrothers shoe shield..... it might be that the pressure pushes right through onto the bole of your foot. The Shoe Shield will disperse the pressure more evenly and also protect you sole of your shoe from wear......

On the rare occasion I have to agree with oom H...... 5years on and i still get the urge to light up every now and then....... The smell of a freshly lit cigarette is just so nice to smell from time to time.....

I smoked for 9years and then just one day decided I was going to quit....... I stopped right there and haven't touched a siggy again. The big thing is. You must WANT to stop..... If keep saying that you want to stop but don't mean it then its of no use. Put your money where your mouth is and just Quit. You'll be grumpy for 2 weeks and then it gets better. believe me the first 2 weeks is the worst...... If you get to 3 months then you are over the hill and if you ever start again after that its because of your lack of self control.

Now you Pay the R 8000 (damn thats allot of money.) with the team reference nr..... First time we did it, it was like R3500 for the team..... eish.....

Hi Guys . Ive got a customer that came in with a squicky Crank. Turns out that the Drve side BB was stripped when it was assembled by some previous shop. It was left like this and given back to the customer to ride as is. No this is where the fun starts. The Thread is completely Gone. Cant even get it right with the Thread tool. It just goes into the BB housing just touching the sides. Now my Question is..... Is there anyone that knows if this can be fixed in some sort of way or is the frame gone? Ive herd that there is a method. Its done by an Engineering shop in Jozie. Does anyone know where i can get hold of these guys?

On none of these wheels do you need a Conversion kit.... They are tubeles wheelsets.... You just have to put tape over the nipple holes...... thats like 50g for both wheels.......

That crash was in 2006 so all healed up.... Got the scar though..... Chicks dig scars!!! hehehe

I still have the other side.... But my jokes are only gonna be 75% as funny as it was before, it was only cracked and not Broken..... hehehehe Ok thats not funny is it?

The shop you are talking about (Cycle Lab), They are just revamping, the shop is going to still have the same size store..... 2. Cycle Lab Club is sponsored partly by Toyota if im not mistaken. So I think Maybe Andrew got a good deal on a Toyota. He drives a Fortuner if im not mistaken and Ali (his wife) drives the Rav4. (thats what her twitter feed said) 3. Ive been looking at there (CL) prices lately and they really not as expensive as everyone say they are. (that is in comparison to other shops).... Still think stuff is hell expensive though.

Thats good to hear.... hope it all works out.... Don't think they are gonna find a VT2. They are are not as common anymore. Why don't they just give you the option of the value of your bike plus then you add whatever you need to upgrade it or something similar.... Dont know Bennie to so slow in replying and sorting out problems.....

Any progress on this yet? As allot of things was said and promised. Would love to see the outcome (happy ending) here!
