your problem, you ran outa energy. 32gi is not wot a lot of people thought it to be it on about the same as half apple juice half water. on that 70km you should have had Jungle oats for breakfast you should have taken a muffin with for the 30km mark
can someone please advise for the past 3 days i would get this piecing pain in my head it would last for about 5 sec followed by some dizziness then go away. it would come back again about an hour later somewhere else. is this something to worry about
