Nobody has more time in the saddle than a pro cyclist and if I remember correctly Cavendish got his lady pregnant during the TDF last year. Then you get couples who have never been on a bicycle and they are trying for years to get pregnant. Tell her you will cut down on the cycling if she does not fall pregnant within say 3 or 4 months.

I have read this with the voice of Barry Hilton in my head and I still cannot see the relevance of it to the awesomeness of this thread. (Take it somewhere else before the OP sees it)

That is correct if the CPA is applicable and it will only be if the purchaser bought an item from the seller in the ordinary course of the seller's business.

Whenever you buy something from somebody, there is an implied (by law) warranty that it will be free from defects. To exclude liability, it must be expressly agreed upon that the sale is voetstoots. Unless there is a general rule on thehub, of which I am not aware, that everything advertised in the classifieds will be sold voetstoots or if it was sold voetstoots but he knew about the defects and withhold that info from you you will have a case. You will then be able to cancel the sale and demand a refund and obviously return whatever you bought. Whether it will be worth the legal costs to go to court if he refuses to refund you is another issue.

Hi all Hubbers My Silverback Cleveland, size large, was stolen this morning in East London after doing the 70.3 with it yesterday. The buggers must have jumped over a fairly high wall at the B&B in Quigney where I stayed the weekend. I found my bicycle computer on the one side of the wall and my race number on the otherside. The shoe and finger prints were all over the wall. It looks exactly the same as the one in the picture. If you see it at your lbs or suspect it be mine, please drop me a pm. Thank you
