i tried a whasp gel today and i must say it doesnt taiste very nice, i got 3 different flavours from a friends bike shop and i will try the others but i am sure i took the nicest taisting one today(Crazy Berry no caffine), my normal GU of choice is chocolate outrage. I will try the others next weekend and let you know what i think but i must say i am nervous about the green one.

This Morning at 05:20 on my way to gym i almost didnt see a cyclist when i turned onto the M3 High Way(Tokai) because he was out on his Felt TT bike with a full Felt Kit and no lights, not even the little frog lights, just him and the moon . Why does anyone still cycle without lights, do they just enjoy taking chances or do TT bikes look "gay" with lights?

yes i cleaned the cable housing out and gave the derailler a good clean and it all seems ok.

did u use a spirit level to set it up or just your "trusty eye"

My rear derailer(deore) when i shift to a bigger gear it shifts just one gear as it is supposed to but when i wanna shift to a smaller gear the first click it does nothing and the 2nd click it changes what sounds like 1 gear but it must be two because when i shift onto a bigger gear again the shifting is ok. What can be the problem i have cleaned the gears out.

I have a budget MTB which i use for a bit of training during winter. It has been standing for a couple weeks not that the sun has attempted to shine, but the shock is stiff and in the begining of the ride it was almost stuck and no the lock out was not engaged. Any ideas?

What is "of average fitness?" i would like to join, maybe.
