I was looking for a small part the other day it was the adjuster for the rear brake cable on a Sora groupset that i am selling. I was informed that you dont have that part and that i need to go to Flandria which i did they supplied me with one that comes off a Raleigh so what i have since assumed is that Raleigh can supply me with the small spares i require and CoolHeat cant. Maybe that small part is just not part of the 8000 small parts you carry at coolheat

I recommend you find one shop and stick to that shop u get to know them and they get to know you. I also think R1000.00 - R2000.00 for a service on your bike is flippen expensive.

MTB shoes look crap on a road bike but other than that if the soles are as stiff on your mtb shoes as the road shoes that you want to buy then i dont think there is any difference

Thats what i was gonna say. Its an easy place for thieves because there is lots of place to hide if somoeone comes and there is not much traffic to disturb them.

I woke up at 0430 and drove to Breede river got a lift in a boat to my destination because the roads were still about 1meter under water. I then unpacked an entire house and 2 cottages and washed all the floors and walls to remove the mud. then we drove home again, its was th longest day of my life. maybe if u where watching the race you would have noticed that he was racing on slicks and if you knew anything about F1 you would know that they dont work that well in the rain, that is the wet stuff that was falling out of the sky
