it must be the guys infront of you because you wont see the litter from the guys behind you, so i guess it depends how far up the order you are will show up to what level of rider is throwing his litter down before you.

Today when Mtbing in tokai forest myself and a couple of guys where thrown all kinds of abuse by other mountain user for the fact that we cycle up the single track.(maybe they are embarased coz they cant do it) Things like "hey this is a F$%^&ing down hill track" and "are u F*&%ing stupid you are not supposed to ride up here". Cant the people that use the single track for down hill only be a little better behaved and maybe show some respect to the other mountain users? ps. i know its not all of you.

Trek have a life time warranty on the frames, i have a trek and i like it. ps im not ashamed of it!

That was 1 isolated case not an ongoing thing!

i just wash my helmet in the shower using the shampoo that i use on my head and i have never washed my shoes.

i have a silverback pump its was cheap enough to not burn my pocket and pumps my tyres to 120 psi, max is 160 psi and has head that fits both types of valve, it even has fittings to pump up your soccer ball and li-lo.

Hello everyone what are your thoughts on upgrading from V Brakes to cable disk vs upgrading to hydrolic disks. I know the fundimentals of brakes and how hydrolic brakes work, what i want to know is, dont forget about the price, should one upgrade from V to cable disk as the budget allows or save up for really long and put hydrolic disks or just wait until its time for a new bike before going over to disks. I hope that makes sense. Thanks

I have a 2 door Polo TDi and cant get my bike in the boot unless i take both wheels off(thats a pain). Does anyone have one of the thule hang on racks that fit on the window? Do they scratch the paint? Urgent response required as i need to decide before the end of Friday if i should buy one. Thanks

HI I am trying to buy some lights for my Mtb and also for use on road bike but mainly Mtb. I dont know how much light i need but something that lasts 2 hrs should be enough as it will be morning rides at 05:15 and evening rides ending at 20:00. I need to be able to see enough to ride in Tokai on the single track as well as the jeep track. I dont wanna take out a loan to buy the lights but also dont wanna waste my money on crap rubbish lights. Yes i found that site last night. the reason i am asking is because a guy that i know from a bike shop said that they had been having problems with them breaking and well i would rather have heavy bars that tar in my teeth. It is the aluminium bars that i ask about im not sure the exact code. Thanks
